Dust Wall (Dust Plenum)

How do you sand over a very large area without creating a lot of dust and harming the environment?

This was a question Riviera Marine, manufacturers of the prestigious Riviera cruisers needed to solve for the finishing of hulls when they came out of the moulds.

The answer was a DCS Dust Wall which could exhaust the air from the entire building and thus give a cleaner work environment as well as prevent emissions to the environment .

The dust walls are a solution to most larger scale sanding/grinding applications where environment protection and worker health are the two foremost considerations.
